Basic Web Page Creation


So what is WYSIWYG?
This means that whatever you type, insert, draw, place, rearrange, and everything you do on a page is what the audience will see.

WYSIWYG is the acronym for "What You See is What You Get.

The 5 types of Editing Elements:


1. Move Element Up - Move element up by one level.
2. Move Element Down - Move element down by one level.
3. Delete Element - used to remove the element.
4. Copy Element - use to copy the element.
5. Drag Tool - click and drag the element.


Homepage- a web page set as the default or start-up page on a browser. The website's introductory page, typically serving as a table of contents for the site.

Splash page- A branding page before the home page of a Web site. Splash pages are usually graphic-intensive pages that appear before the main home page.


5 Ways to access the web:

1. Dedicated Line

2. Wireless Internet

3. Cable Internet

4. DSL 

5. Dial-up connection
